H4 VISA Annotations: EXCEPTED FROM OR NOT SUBJECTED TO PP10052

Hi All,

I have DropBox my H4 Documents at Hyderabad Consulate on Oct 9,
I check my status on Oct 22 , Status : Refused, then Next Day it Changed to
Status: Administrative Process later 7 days
Status : Issued.

Now i Got Visa, But in Annotation Part it Says
Annoations: EXCEPTED FROM OR NOT SUBJECTED TO PP10052.

Can any one help me what is it?

It says you are excepted from PP10052 which is trump’s ban.
Its nothing to be worried about.
