Last week my spouse attended H4 Interview. There was few question about me ( H1B ) holder, Later they asked my spouse qualification on hearing that there were no further questions and they issued the blue color 221g form. Later same day we recieved a email asking for 1) Invitation letter from US sponser 2) Resume 3) contact addres in US
Please let me know if any one faced same kind of issue.

That’s quite common… U send them, it must be ok…
Questions are standard. However you do not issue a invitation letter to a spouse , “My dear wife Sita or dear husband Ram, I am inviting you to join me in the USA…” sounds downright strange because that is a life partner’s rightful place. The letter must be addressed to consulate that ’ You are asking your partner to join you in the United States. Your employer is aware of this, she / he will be staying at Street, City, State, she/he will be on your health insurance and your income will support both of you easily’. This letter must be supported with 2 recent paystubs, proof of residence such as lease agreement and utility bill and a letter from employer if possible that you are bringing your partner to US. The last one is an overkill but does not hurt.
