My wife was working for an X MNC for 3.5 years until May 2013 in India. She came to US on H4 Visa in June 2013. Now she is getting a opportunity from her ex-employer (X MNC) for a position in US. Is it possible to get a L1-B visa ? Will she be able to change her status from H4 to L1.
I have read about H4 to L1 Change-Of-Status, and it requires the person to have worked for 12 months in the last 3 years with the same company.
In my case, my wife has worked for 10 months in the last 3 years. Will she be eligible ?
