[b]1). [/b] Last week my L1 A got rejected with blue form saying that, "CANCELED WITHOUT PREJUDICE" what does it mean..?
She told "it's very strict now, hence she cannot approve my VISA"
can i apply on L1 B now..? is there any manadaory time gap for applying for L1 visa..?

I am planning to go as dependent on my husband's H1B, in india i work for one of top MNC's, which has a base in US as well, and was in US for 2 yrs from 2006 to 2008 on L1, is that possible to convert from H4 to L1 visa.i didn't quit the job, i have my latest salary slips as well.
