I am in USA on H4B visa. however my company had applied H1B when i was in India. My application got picked up in lottery however i never went for stamping or never traveled to US on H1B visa. i have the petition with me and is Valid till July 2017. I am no more associated with that company from India and they have revoked application from their side however i have been told that its still valid. can i use same petition if someone is ready to offer me COS or do i need to apply a new H1B in April 2017 cycle. Please suggest.
