H4 to H1b transfer qurry

Hi All,

Could someone assist me on the below.

Myself and spouse both has H1B petition approved i.e we both has i797.

Out of which my husband got project and planning to initiate stamping but mine petition is vlkd until 2024 but no project.

What happens to my H1B if incase H4 is stamped is the petition will be still valid fo find some job after entering US to find a sponsorship or not.

This really confusing me whether to go ahead or not.

After you enter on H4 status and if you find H1B sponsoring employer, they can file a cap-exempt petition with change of status from H4 to H1B. Once approved you can start working on H1B.
