P.S. I'm not a sofware engineer and it might not be easy to find something, but I have good administrative experience, recruitment experience too.

H-1 cap is done for now. Cap next opens in April 1, 2014 w/ a start date of Oct 1. So even if you get an employer now, it won’t help.
