My wife has H1B inprocess and received receipt number… [Filled on June 11].
Now I have applied H4 for her and she got that last week.
My question is, [b]does she needs to come to India to attend her H1B interview or is there a chance that she can attend from here. She is coming in a 6 months Break and so her employer said that her H1B will not be cancelled.[/b]
[b]Note[/b]: Her Employer and my employer are one and the same. Am in US currently. Expecting her PA for H1B after 5 to 6 months only [WAC.]
