H4 to H1 in US, going to India and for Visa Stamping

I came on H4 visa to US, got H1 approved here in US, started working from November 2014.

Going to India by Feb 15 for an important family function and will appear for the visa stamping in India.

I will be having 3 months payslips (Started job by Nov 17 only), will that be enough for my stamping? or is that risky?

And, when i checked, my consultany is not in Everified list of companies, is that mandatory?

And, i work for a client through another company, in interview, can i mention the middle layer as well?

Please advice

Hi,

You need to have latest payslips, offer letter.

If middle layer is involved , please make sure you have client leter and MSA( Master service aggrements)

This is my opinion only.

Thank you so much Pranav, for your response.
There is no risk right, if i have only 3 months payslips in hand.
I will get the client letter and the MSA, as you said. Thanks again.

Hi,
Yes. Do not worry about number of payslips. You need to have latest one. For your case, you will get 3 payslips and those are enough.
Please keep copy of your spouse H1B approval notice as well. VO may not ask this one, but keep it with you to be on safer side. Please have employee-employer relationship document , project related description as well.

Thanks again for your response. I am feeling comfortable now.
