Hi,

I had an approved H1B petition from an employer which wasn’t stamped on my passport and I never travelled to US with that H1B. I came to the US last year on H4. When I checked the status of my H1B petition recently it shows as USCIS has revoked the approval of my H1B. Can a new employer sponsor a cap exempt H1B petition for me? Please advise on this.

If employer requested USCIS to revoke the petition, then it may still be possible to go for cap-exempt route.
