I am currently on H4, and I hv applied fr h1B this year as I have got my sponsorer. I am planning to travel to India and during the time of visa lottery I will be in India. Can I travel during this period?? If yes and If my visa gets picked, what will be the procedure for me to come back( via Dubai-emirates) ?
There are no travel restriction, you can go.
But make sure to be in US before H1 approval if there is a COS applied along with H1
