I am going for F1 stamping in India in november2015 and my concern TOEFL score which is low, but I am attending ESL classes for that. So is that going to affect on my F! visa stamping. If in worst case my F1 visa application denied can I come back on H4( valid). Do I need to go for H4 stamping again?
Well, visa stamping can always be tricky. All I can tell is that there are many students who come to US to learn English, so the guess is, it may have less impact. Just be confident and hope for the best
