I entered USA on H4 and have a valid 1-94 until Jan 2019. Meanwhile i applied my H1B on 2018 and it was approved but since my employer’s company was dissolved i never received my approved document and my employer cannot re request it as well. Please let me know what happens to my H4 status can i stay in US untill Jan 2019?
It depends on if you filed for a status change from H4 to H1B which was also approved. In that case, the previous visa becomes null and void.
