I need one more info.currently my wife resigned the job and she is going to get h4 stamping.pls let me know she has to carry the reliving letter at the time of h4 stamping

It is not necessary to have the relieving letter from L-1 employer when appearing for H-4 interview. If she has it, then good; otherwise also it is fine.
