My visa is expired I am planning to go for stamping next month but my wife’s h4 visa is still valid for another 5 months she is in india now. So if I schedule stamping for both of us then will she be eligible for drop box ??,
Since I will be adding her as a family member then will system schedule interview for both of us or the interview will be waived of for my wife.
Yes, she will be eligible for Dropbox. You will get a question that says, is her H4 valid, if you say Yes, it will take that for dropbox eligibility. Yes, you can do that.
