H4 Receipt Received but no H1B receipt by Attorney

Hi,

We applied H1B Regular…We got H4 Receipt by post but still we have not received H1B Receipt… Does it mean that we get selected in the lottery? Please advice…

The same situation here. I’m still waiting for my h1b receipt. Have you received your h1b receipt from USCIS yet?

Nopes Not yet…No reply from attorney too! Does it mean that we are not selected in the lottery?

I have no idea…I assume our petition was selected and that’s why they began to review the documents for the H-4 visa. I saw from a question posted last year that he got his H1b approved several days after receiving his daughter’s H-4 receipt. But I don’t know what really happens with our petitions. Let’s keep each other posted on any update. Thanks

Can you share if you got your h1-b?, I just receive the H4 notification for my wife, attorney sent both applications together in one single package.
