I’ve moved to US to Phoenix location recently. I’ve applied H4 interview on Aug 18th to my spouse with existing Phoenix I797.
My company wants me to file H1 amendment now to me. Will this amendment effects my wife visa interview?
My company is insisting me that will get certify LCA for new location, will this effect my spouse visa interview?
