My H4 and H4 EAD was received by USCIS on 11/12/2020.
I haven’t received my bio-metric appointment yet. Will going to India and getting my H4 stamped there, help with expediting the H4-EAD process? Also, after coming back to the US, would sending my updated I-94 and H4 stamping documents to my original H4 EAD case work? or will I need to file a new H4-EAD which will give me a fresh date in the H4-EAD queue ?
Hi there, did you receive your H4 ext & ead yet? If yes, when exactly? Our dates are nearly same (mines 11/18/20 and got biometrics done on 5/5/21). Did you end up going to India for stamping?
