My spouse is currently working on H4 EAD and is valid till 12/01/2019.Her employer was ready to file H1B and in the last minute, the contract ended . Since Her employer said they will be filing H1B, i had applied for MY H1B Extension alone in premium and was approved for 3 years in last week of june 2019.
On 07/17/2019 i had filed H4 & H4 EAD applied together in normal processing -Nebraska service center.
How long does it take for Biometrics notice? Does H4 & H4-EAD gets approved at the same time?
