Hi Saurabh, My H1b approved in dec(19th). due to some reasons i can not work now. so thinking to go back to H4. so for COS(Regular Process) do i need to submit 1 paycheck while applying? Right now i don’t have pay check with me. and is there any chance that i may get RFE and USCIS ask for pay check? Please respond to my question. Thank You.
