Hi,
My company had applied for H1B transfer (COE) along with the H4 for my dependants through Premium processing last month around Nov 15th. My case is approved last week but my dependants H4 is still in initial review.
I am worried whether H4 is not approved because of some issues as I am planning to visit India soon.
And also does this means that my dependants are in illegal stay as I started working my new company.
I am really worried, please let me knowwhat should I do now.
