My H4 extension is in process, biometric date is 15 days from now 15th February , H1b is in premium process.
We are completing our 6 years stay in US on 28th February.
If H4 approval notice doesn’t come before 28th February. Can I live in the country with my h1b husband on the basis of his approved status as me and kids are dependent or I have to go out of the country till approval doesn’t come
