H4 Extension approved after H1B approval

Hi,

I applied for my H1B visa in April 2013.



While my H1B was in process, my H4 extension was applied along with my husband's H1B extension.



I got my approved H1B notice in October. As my H1 was approved the attroney at my husband's office mailed USCIS for cancellation of my H4 extension . Even then Today we have received H4 extension approval notice Start Date Jan 2014.



How can I cancel my H4 to stay on H1B status ? What are the possibe options ?
