Hi,
I am currently starting renewal process of H4 EAD (Standalone EAD). I filed my last EAD couple of years back so wanted to know whether its still paper filing? also I see that the location of the application is based on the category now. does that mean that then it will decide which processing center it will go for processing? (Vermont, Nebraska, California etc)?
