Hello, Need help/clarification please.
Current H4 EAD: Valid until 20 Apr 2021. My H4 and EAD extension (filed in Nov 20) under processing but delayed because of COVID. I received receipt notice in Nov 2020.
Husband’s H1B: Already approved until 2023
Question - I have a new job offer which I want to join. Is it possible to join new employer on receipt notice as my husband’s H1B extension is already approved? H4 EAB Receipt notice says “Your EAD renewal is under a category that is eligible for an automatic 180 day extension (see Application for Employment Authorization | USCIS)”
Any thought will be appreciated. Thanks
