H4 EAd extension filing center

Hi
I filed for H1B visa extension in Vermont center along with H4 and H4 EAd of my spouse.

H1B got denied after a RFE.

We then refiled on a different SOC code to Nebraska Center for H1B and H4. Did not send H4 EAD.

H1B got approved. We would like to now file for H4 EAd extension. Which center does it needs to go ?
