Got H1 stamp from a consultant in March 2016. My H1 transfer approval got in Sept2016 with another India based company, but didn’t travel due to no project. I came to US on Feb’2017 and started working at client place.
My office got a latter in May’2017 from USCIS and requested clarification, why the resourced not traveled between September’16 to Feb’17. My office sent a mail to USCIS and told that due to some personal reasons and commitment resource didn’t travel. Till now we didn’t get confirmation from USCIS.
My family is traveling to US in the first week of August as they have already a H4 stamp.
Does the USCIS inquiry (Letter) effect my family travel at port of entry?
If it is a problem, will it reflect me as well?
Please advice me…
