We have recently received an approval for H1B + H4 change of status. Our earlier visas (L1 + L2) were expired on 2019. Please confirm whether I spouse alone go for H4 stamping with our approved I797 notices while I am in USA? Please note I don’t have valid H1B stamping on my passport.
This should be totally fine when a person do a change of status and the primary H1B is in US.
