I have H1b visa and currently working at my employer who sponsored and filed it but I did some part time job and also work as an independent contractor with different employer without them filing me different h1b. What sanctions will they give me if I was caught. Also, will I be denied for green card because of this? What should I do?
There are two issues here. One for you and the other for your “non H1” employers who has paid you on those part time and independent contractor work.

As long as you are working (and being paid regularly) by your H1 sponsored employer, you are IN-STATUS.

I am not sure how did the other two employers(part time and independent contracting) find you are eligible for work for them. What did you fill them for their I-9 forms? There is some issue. They cant employ you without them having permission(H1 like) to employ you by them. If you had EAD, its not tied to any employer. But H1B is tied to the employer who has sponsored you.
I cant comment on your sanctions etc since you are IN-STATUS since I am not sure being paid by non-sponsoring employer for a sponsored H1 employee.
