H1B visa : which pool for me ' regular or advanced

Hi

I will apply for the H1B visa 2015, I got 2 Masters degrees in two different top uni in Europe , I started to work right after my graduation in 2012. I found a financial company that is willing to hire me , and I am wondering in which pool I am gonna be added ’ Regular or Advanced?

As you do NOT have a Masters or higher degree from US Academic instituation, you would still fall under regular quota.
