H1B visa trasnfer to US payroll company - while in india

Hi,

I have valid H1 visa, stamping is over with company A in 2013 november, in india.

Now i want to transfer my visa to compnay B (US pay roll company). I have not travlled to US till now with this visa.

If i get approval from company B , Do I need to go to stamping again in india ? (i saw reviews: some people are saying stamping required again with cmpany B, some are saying stamping is not required with company B).

which is correct ? Please let me know.

U must go for stamping if u have never travelled to US on Previous H1…

U do not need to go for stamping if U already travelled US on previous H1
