H1b Visa transfer with new employer with valid stamping status

Hi Saurabh,

I have valid H1b visa stamped till sep 2015.I am planning to travel to us next week.After landing in us If I want to change employer what steps I need to take.

After how many days I can transfer.

If I change employer before new employer approval with recept number and it gets rejected what is the legal issue in that case.

After changing employer if I travel to India before sep 2015 with new employer petition do I need stamping again as my current stamping expires sep 2015.

Can you please suggest on the above question as I am in US now and I planning to shift my employer.
