I came to USA with H1B visa 6 month back . I recently got married and took appointment for H4 visa interview to my wife and having two more months waiting time. Now I got a good offer with other company and applied a new H1B visa petition and its not in premium mode. The H4 interview booked and given DS-160 form with old petition information.
What I have to do now.

Can I change DS 160 and petition number in appointment schedule with out changing date ? Because re scheduling leads to a month more waiting

Can I go interview with new petition and new DS- 160 ?
Can some one please help me out this situation.
