Here’s my question. Currently Im working with my employer and on a valid H1B visa, but recently moved to a new location (with the same employer) and my H1B amendment is still pending. I have an offer from another company and they’re ready to initiate the H1B transfer. Is that okay to initiate the transfer and start working with the new employer once the receipt is generated/received while my amendment with original company is still pending.
