Hi,
My H1B transfer I-129 petition was updated today as “Litigation Notice Was Mailed”, Day 1 status changed to approved then Day 2 again status changed back like this. I have no idea about this status, neither does my attorney nor can I find any info on internet.
Did anyone see such status before and what could it possibly mean. Can I start work from new employer?
P.S: I know waiting for hard copy will clear things, it may take upto 8 days, so trying to find on this forum.
