In my passport the surname is blank and the given name has my name. In the visa stamped the Surname filed has my name and given name field has FNU. What is the process to change names as per passport ? or this is fine ?

This is how they would process it. When the last name is missing, then enter FNU in first name, and rest of the name in last name.
