H1b visa status on rfe now applied premium processing

Hi, my H1-B application status changed to RFE on August 7th, my company responded back on Aug 27th. Seems it taking time to get approval my company decided expedite the case, and applied for premium processing on Sep 8th,What are my chances of getting approved on or before Sep 30th. What happens if approval falls beyond Septmber 30th.

Please reply I am kind of tensed. Thanks in advance!

Hi Marty,

For all those who upgraded to premium on Sep 8, they have already received the decision. The max time that USCIS takes is 15 Calendar days. So you should have received it. Check the status on USCIS web site with your application number.
