I did an H1B transfer from X to Y consultant. I have an approved I797 from Y. I'm currently in India and planning for visa stamping. I never had a H1B stamp earlier. I would like to know how much would be the Visa fees. Do I need pay any amount other than the regular $190 fees?
I read in VFS (Official site in India to get an USA visa), If my employer has more than 50 employees and 50% of them are in H1B/L1 then additional $2000 need to pay as Visa fees.
Please clarify the same.
