I got my H1B visa approved this year. Currently, I am in India due to a family emergency. In order to travel back to the USA, I need to get my visa stamped. Will I be able to schedule an appointment for visa stamping during this critical situation? I am aware of the travel ban for non-immigrants especially for H1-B visa holders but are there any exceptions? is there any way to expedite this process for my case?
