H1B visa stamped - Transfer options

Hi ,

Could you please share your thoughts on below
I work in a MNC company based out of Bangalore, I have got my H1B visa approved and it’s been stamped from the current company last 8 months back, I have no onsite requirement in current project , Could you please share another way to come to US and work .

You could find another company that is willing to sponsor you H1B visa and transfer your H1B. If it is approved, you could use that approval and go to work for that role in US. Read H1B Visa Transfer Options
