Hi All,
My H1b petition was approved for 3 years and I had applied h1b visa interview in the month of Jan 2020 @ chennai and I received 221g and asked to submit documents and my employer replied and submitted all required documents and waiting for decision. But by that time lockdown and h1b visa ban had already started. Now h1b visa ban is inactive. And status says still “Refused”.
My question is
Do I need to wait or Do I need to reapply for h1b visa interview again?
Any suggestions that will help and please share some.
