I have applied for H1 this year and still didn’t get the receipt . Also my DSO told me that my sevis is active as of 4.27.2016.Is there any chances of getting receipt for masters quota ? Thanks you.
If applied in RP, you still have a chance. Receipts are still coming in and there could be postal delays as well.
