First, thanks for answering my previous question. I am not sure how H1b visa works completely even though I have a general idea. If you could explain it to me step wise in simple words, it would be greatly appreciated.
As far as I understand your employer files for H1b petition as early as April1, 2013 along with the COS so that you could become eligible for cap gap. But I need more information after that as to how long it takes for petition approval/H1b acceptance and how many more steps involved after that?
