Hi,
I have 5+ years of experience in middleware technology and working with MNC company in India.
Want to apply for H1B visa for 2016.
I have lot of questions like :
I will search Visa sponsor and submit it, if my luck favours, my petition will be picked out in lottery.
After my visa interview, i will be having my valid H1B visa. Then i will search from India for US client who offers a job for me.
Then i will change my visa transfer to new client, At the end i will fly to US.
Is there any obligations, or I am going in completely wrong, let me know.
Is there any norm that i should work for first visa sponsor atleast for sometime ?
