H1B visa petition filed by my employer is capped out this year.My LCA is approved.My employer is saying that he has filed for my H1B in May 11 2012 & still it is capped out.Is it true.The same filing of H1B he want to use for the next year cap is it ok & true ?Kindly clarify
H1B cap for FY2013 quota got over on 11th June 2012. So if your properly filed petition reached USCIS on or before 11th June, you must have got into this quota.
