I came to the states on j1 visa . I got h1b petition approved on 7 /3 and the change of status was denied . I am from Syria and I have 2 us kids. I applied for TPS on 6/ 29 and work permit. We passed the 90 days and I didn’t get anything. I am thinking to out the states and try to get the h1 b, or can I apply again for h1 next year from the same job applied for me . I am afraid to leave because its not safe at all at Syria and I don’t want to go back with my kids .??? Please advise
