Hello All,
I am currently working on a valid OPT which will expire on 31st May, 2013. My employer has filed for my H1B visa in June, 2012 with a start date of 1st October, 2012. My visa status still shows Initial Review.
Can I keep working after 1st October (while waiting for H1B response) on my OPT as it is valid till 31st May, 2013. Does it matter if I do not hear anything from USCIS before 1st October even though the visa start date on my application is 1st October?
