Hi,
My husband’s h1b visa is going to complete by september 2014. He got his visa stamped for the first time in the year 2008. He came to usa and stayed here from sept 2010 to march 2012.
He returned to india and stayed there from march 2012 till Nov 2013( 1 year 7 months approx). He came to USA again in Nov 2013. Now will his visa get reset or can he apply for extension now as he stayed for a period of more than 1 year in India ?
