Hi,
My H1B visa was issued on 12th April 2007 and expired on 30th September 2009.
I came briefly to US (for a month in september 2007) but had to return back since the US financial meltdown had already begun and jobs prospects were very bleak.
Is there a way I can go for H1B visa extension this year?
If extension is possible in my case, wil this year quota, cut off date (march 2014) be applicable for me?
