H1B Visa - Company to company transfer?

Hi,

I am on L1B right now for Company A. Company B has applied for fresh H1B for me and I am awaiting the approval. Meanwhile Company C is ready to hire me as a full time employee. Please could you let me know what is the minimum period I should stay in Company B to get my H1B transferred by Company C.

No need to stay in Company B ( Hope you have not yet joined and you are with Company A). You can directly do COS on approved petition of Company B to Company C. when your company C starts COS process you start working with them if you confident about the COS appproval else stay with Company A until everything is complete :slight_smile:
